Dana Schopies, Lead Trainer of Service Excellency, draws on 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality when sharing her knowledge with clients’ teams.

As Lead Trainer of Service Excellency and Managing Director of One International Hospitality, Dana Schopies draws on 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality when sharing her knowledge with clients’ teams.

After spending 3 years in hotel management school in Germany, Dana embarked on an impressive hospitality career, including management and leadership roles in hotels, on luxury cruise liners and on private super yachts, as well as working for a Middle Eastern royal family for seven years.

Her extensive knowledge of and experience in these particular fields, her expertise in project and event management, and her professional leadership skills make her the ideal Trainer for Service Excellency. In this capacity she teaches the highest level of luxury hospitality, including F&B knowledge, silver service, butler service, synchronized service, etiquette and protocol.

Excellent time management and organizational skills are second nature to Dana, as is her ability to inspire and motivate trainees to perform at the highest level of 7* service.

But she does not only lead by example – she also continues the ongoing process of perfecting and developing new training techniques to implement them in day-to-day business.

Florentina’s background includes 11 years of finance/HR and 14 years of excellent luxury hospitality experience with Cruise Line, luxury yachts and private estates, resulting in an extensive and profound knowledge of the high-net-worth lifestyle.

A high degree of versatility and her dedication to efficiency enable Florentina to meet the changing demands of the industry and to develop new training plans for increasing productivity while accommodating those needs creating an outstanding luxurious experience.

Her training excelling with physically demanding atmospheres while ensuring essential information to Housekeeping/Laundry with a better understanding of how to succeed in professional service for Staff and Management.
